Return and Refund Policy


The Policy (for Retail Customers only)

  • You can send back the item in its original condition, tags and packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment (for UK Customers Only), if the item is defective.
  • For Customers outside UK only faulty items may be covered by the Policy. We will try our best to take care of faulty items.
  • In case of a Stitched Item, we will not refund simply because youdidn't like it for any reason. 
  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the original shipping cost, if an alteration to rectify the issue is not possible.
  • In you intend to return an item, please contact Customer Care here. Once approved, we will send you the address of our warehouse in Manchester, UK. Please return the item at your own cost (for UK Customers Only).
  • Any other issues not covered by the Policy, please get in touch with our Customer Care, we will try to resolve as best as we can.

Terms and Conditions (for Retail Customers only)

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, stitched Salwar Kameez etc. However, we will accept returns if there are any faults from our end as per the policy above.
  • We will not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact attached to the dress. Presence of original tags is a condition for accepting returns.
  • We will not refund duties (if any), taxes (if applicable) paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • There is an admin / credit card commission cost of 8% of the final order value (4% while accepting order and 4% while refunding if refund is issued back to the credit card).
  • For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method, refunds will only be issued only as Gift Vouchers and in such cases there will not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
  • In the case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • In the case of an item on sale while placing the order, refund value will be the sale price only and not the current price.
  • You need to produce the original invoice as proof of purchase when requesting for return / refund.
  • Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other issue hould be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture or other form of evidence.

 

Wholesale Customers only

  • You can send back the item in its original condition, tags and packaging within 7 days of receiving the shipment (for UK Customers Only), if the item is defective.
  • You will not be refunded, simply because you did not like it.
